AACR 2021 | Tumor methionine metabolism drives T-cell exhaustion in HCC

Xin Wei Wang, PhD, National Institute of Health, Bethesda, MD, outlines the results of an integrative omics analysis, identifying tumor methionine metabolism as a driver of T-cell exhaustion in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Dr Wang highlights how reprogramming of tumor methionine metabolism may be a viable therapeutic strategy to improve HCC immunity.
