In this latest episode of the VJOncoAlert Journal Club, Marsha Reyngold, MD, PhD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses the outcomes of ablative radiation therapy in patients with technically resectable pancreatic cancer who did not undergo surgery. Dr Reyngold notes that the overall survival at two years was 44%, which compares favorably to both locally advanced disease and surgical series, and local control was 80% at two years.
