Dr Naidoo additionally mentions the Phase 1/1b CHRYSALIS-2 (NCT04077463) trial evaluating the combination of amivantamab plus lazertinib in patients who had progressed on osimertinib and chemotherapy, as well as data exploring KRAS-targeted agents in patients with brain metastases.
