AACR 2023 | Limitations in immune checkpoint inhibitors in treating gastric cancer

Whilst a number of patients respond to immune checkpoint inhibitors, durable responses are uncommon. PD-L1 as a biomarker alone is insufficient, and more research is needed to elucidate novel biomarkers.
