Scott Tagawa, MD, MS, FACP, Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York, NY, presented key findings from a Phase I/II study (NCT03042468) on fractionated dose Lutetium-177 (Lu-177) PSMA therapy. The study demonstrated that dose escalation or higher doses of injected radioactivity are safe and effective. Additionally, the fractionated or dose-dense regimen showed promising activity in a PSMA-unselected, pretreated patient population. These results underscore the safety and potential efficacy of Lu-177 therapy in advanced prostate cancer. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
