David Tougeron, MD, PhD, Poitiers University Hospital, Poitiers, France, emphasizes the importance of completing ongoing trials and potentially conducting randomized Phase II or III studies to evaluate the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in relation to the C-score. While Immunoscore is available globally, the development of the TuLIS in France can aim to enhance patient stratification and treatment outcomes. He hopes to obtain market approval for TuLIS, making it accessible to the broader medical community.
