ESMO 2024 | Phase I/II trial of CFT1946 in mutant BRAF V600 tumors

Maria Vieito, MD, Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology, Barcelona, Spain, discusses early findings from the Phase I/II trial (NCT05668585) of CFT1946, an oral BiDAC™ degrader targeting BRAF V600 mutant proteins. Early results show promising tumor response, BRAF V600 degradation, and pathway inhibition, even in heavily-pretreated patients. A favorable safety profile was additionally reported and ongoing dose exploration is underway. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
