Ramon Salazar, MD, PhD, Institut Català D’Oncologia, Barcelona, Spain, discusses findings from the Phase III SEQTOR trial (NCT02246127), assessing the optimal sequencing of everolimus and streptozotocin with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (panNET). Results indicated that streptozotocin with 5-FU demonstrated superior overall response rates (ORR) compared to everolimus.
