Francois Cherifi, MD, CLCC Francois Baclesse, Caen, France, discusses key insights from the PROMENADE study, which included 114 patients with ER-low triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), and with a median age of 49, indicating a relatively younger cohort. Most patients presented with aggressive grade 3 features. The study also noted a high rate of uninterrupted chemotherapy and a predominance of tumorectomy as the surgical approach.
