Domenica Lorusso, MD, PhD, Fondazione IRCCS National Cancer Institute of Milan, Milan, Italy, comments on novel antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in endometrial cancer. MK-2780 has demonstrated an encouraging overall response rate as a single agent in endometrial cancer, and a Phase III trial (NCT06132958) comparing MK-2780 to physician-choice chemotherapy in pre-treated patients in underway. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
