Francois Cherifi, MD, CLCC Francois Baclesse, Caen, France, examines findings from the PROMENADE study, which explored outcomes for patients with ER-low triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in the adjuvant setting. Dr Cherifi discusses the treatment nuances for this rare TNBC subtype, where results suggest similarities in approach to ER-positive cases. Insights on aggressive disease features, surgical choices, and the importance of tailored therapies are also highlighted.
