Marie-Pier St-Laurent, MD, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, provides an overview of the Phase II/III NEO-BLAST trial (NCT06537154), which evaluates whether active surveillance is non-inferior to standard definitive bladder treatments in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) achieving clinical complete response (cCR) after neoadjuvant therapy. Metastasis-free survival at two years will be the primary endpoint. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
