Dora Niedersüß-Beke, MD, MBA, Klinik Ottakring, Vienna, Austria, discusses the findings from an analysis of the Austrian EV registry of enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab in advanced urothelial carcinoma. Response rates were comparable to the EV-302 trial (NCT04223856), with treatment ongoing in most patients. Patients with high comorbidity scores had worse outcomes, whilst ECOG performance status did not significantly impact response. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
