Christian Singer, MD, Medical University of Vienna, Vienna, Austria, discusses final results from the REACH AUT study (CLEE011AAT01), a real-world analysis evaluating first-line ribociclib plus endocrine therapy in patients with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer. The combination showed clinically meaningful progression-free and overall survival benefits, consistent with findings from the MONALEESA trials. Safety was manageable, with no unexpected signals. The most frequent adverse event was neutropenia. This interview took place at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Breast Cancer Annual Congress in Munich, Germany.
