Jason Luke, MD, FACP, FASCO, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, Pittsburgh, PA, gives an overview of the Phase III SUPRAME trial (NCT06743126), which evaluates the efficacy of IMA203, a PRAME-specific T cell receptor T cell therapy (TCR-T) cell therapy, in pretreated unresectable or metastatic cutaneous melanoma. This randomized study will be the first in solid tumors to assess a cellular therapy against investigator’s choice in patients and will assess progression-free survival as the primary endpoint. IMA203 has shown promising early results in melanoma and unlike tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, lower doses of interleukin-2 are needed. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
