WCLC 2025 | Evaluating first-line olomorasib and chemo-IO in KRAS G12C NSCLC

Marcelo Negrao, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses results from the LOXO-RAS-20001 (NCT04956640) and SUNRAY-01 (NCT06119581) trials, evaluating olomorasib, a second-generation KRAS G12C inhibitor, in combination with chemoimmunotherapy in first-line advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen showed an encouraging overall response rate regardless of PD-L1 expression. Safety was manageable, with most adverse events controlled through dose modifications. This interview took place at 2025 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in Barcelona, Spain.
