Zhonglin Hao, MD, PhD, University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, presents preliminary findings from an ongoing Phase I dose-escalation study (NCT05680922) evaluating LB2102, a DLL3-targeted autologous CAR-T cell therapy, in patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC) or large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC). LB2102 demonstrated consistent CAR-T expansion and encouraging anti-tumour activity at higher dose levels, with a manageable safety profile including no dose-limiting toxicities and resolvable cytokine release syndrome and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome cases. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
