Eli Gabayan, MD, Beverly Hills Cancer Center, Beverly Hills, CA, describes findings from a Phase I study (NCT05251727) evaluating ART-123, a recombinant soluble thrombomodulin, in combination with FOLFOX plus bevacizumab for metastatic colorectal cancer, with separate cohorts for patients with resected versus intact primary tumors. Across dose levels tested, ART-123 was safe and well tolerated, with low rates of bleeding events, none assessed as treatment related.
