WCLC 2026 | Clinical, pathologic, genomic and immunophenotypic characterization of KRAS G12V NSCLC

Hui Jing Hoe, MBBS, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, shares insights into a study characterizing the clinical, pathologic, genomic and immunophenotypic features of KRAS G12V non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Similar features were found between KRAS G12V and G12C tumors, with common adenocarcinoma histology and the immune profile identified was comparable to G12C tumors with similar immune activity. This interview took place at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer congress in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
