Early onset colorectal cancer is characterized by a hyper-stimulated but inefficient immunological response, whereas later onset colorectal cancer is associated with immunoaging related to the age of the patients. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
