ASCO GI 2021 | Upcoming updates at ASCO GI 2021: POLO, ClarIDHy & COVID-19

Rachna T. Shroff, MD, of the University of Arizona Cancer Center, Tucson, AZ, discusses upcoming updates in gastrointestinal (GI) oncology that will be presented at this years American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium, including the survival data of the POLO study (NCT02184195) in pancreatic cancer as well as the overall survival updates from the ClarIDHy study (NCT02989857) evaluating ivosidenib in cholangiocarcinoma. Dr Shroff also highlights the importance of an upcoming session evaluating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the treatment of patients with GI malignancies.
