Arvind Dasari, MD, MS, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses FRESCO-2 (NCT04322539), an ongoing global Phase III study evaluating the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Fruquintinib is an oral anti-VEGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor approved in China for use in mCRC, and currently being investigated in patients with mCRC who have progressed from previous standard approved therapy.
