Hans Prenen, MD, PhD, UZ Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, updates us on the results from alloSHRINK (NCT03692429), a Phase I first-in-human study evaluating CYAD-101, an innovative non-gene edited allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). CYAD-101 demonstrated a tolerable safety profile for patients with mCRC as well as early promising anti-tumor activity in advanced mCRC.
