Emily Daugherty, MD, University of Cincinnati Medical Center/College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH, introduces the FAST-02 trial (NCT05524064), the next step for FLASH radiotherapy research. The FAST-02 trial has been approved to commence and will investigate the use of FLASH radiotherapy to treat thoracic bone metastases, including in the clavicle, scapula, sternum, and ribs. This interview took place at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) 2022 Congress in San Antonio, Tx.
