Luigi Lorini, MD, Humanitas Research Hospital, Rozzano, Italy, discusses the Phase II PRIME H&N trial of neoadjuvant dostarlimab and niraparib in patients with locally advanced HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). 39 patients were enrolled, and a majority of treatment-related adverse events, which were mostly grade 1-2, were manageable. Further analyses for efficacy and primary endpoints are ongoing. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
