ELCC 2026 | Tarlatamab: a promising new therapy for SCLC?
Ippokratis Korantzis, MD, PhD, European Interbalkan Medical Center, Thessaloniki, Greece, discusses the potential for tarlatamab to become a new standard of care therapy for small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Tarlatamab targets DLL3, which is highly expressed in cancer cells but minimally in normal tissue. In previous trials, tarlatamab has shown better outcomes compared with chemotherapy in later lines of therapy. This interview took place at the 2026 European Lung Cancer Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark.
