Rohit Jain, MD, MPH, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, comments on the evolving landscape of treatments for metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Enfortumab vedotin (EV) with pembrolizumab has become a first-line treatment, and erdafitinib is currently used as a second-line treatment, but potential future combinations, such as EV with pembrolizumab and erdafitinib, or EV with pembrolizumab and sacituzumab govitecan, could be novel additions to the treatment armamentarium. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
