ESMO Breast 2022 | The role of myeloid-derived suppressor cells in breast cancer

Historically, breast cancer has been described as immunologically cold. However, Céline Blaye, MD, University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France, describes findings of myeloid-derived suppressor cells within the breast cancer environment, which play a significant role in breast cancer immunosuppression.
