Jason Mouabbi, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, describes the development and future potential of the MDA iLobulaRx tool, a breast cancer risk prediction tool. MDA iLobulaRx, which is currently undergoing external validation, aims to improve clinical decision-making globally. Future enhancements include evaluating its ability to predict therapy benefits, such as chemotherapy and CDK 4/6 inhibitors, in the adjuvant setting. This interview took place at the 2024 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) congress in San Antonio, TX.
