Breast Cancer Fulvestrant PF-07220060

Antonio Giordano, MD, PhD, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, gives an overview of a novel Phase III trial (NCT06105632) of PF-07220060, a selective CDK4 inhibitor, with fulvestrant in patients with HR+/HER2- breast cancer, who have progressed on a CDK4/6 inhibitor. Following on the success of the Phase I/IIa study (NCT04557449), the investigational therapy combination will be compared against investigator-chosen therapies. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
