Antonio Giordano, MD, PhD, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, presents updated safety data from a Phase I/IIa study (NCT04557449) of PF-07220060, a selective CDK4 inhibitor, with endocrine therapy in patients with HR+/HER2− metastatic breast cancer. Results from dose-finding cohorts (Parts 1B-C) and results from dose-expansion cohorts (Parts 2B-C) revealed that common treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) included neutropenia, diarrhea, and nausea and there was a low incidence of grade 3 TEAEs. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
