AACR 2023 | LMW-E promotes genomic instability in breast cancer

Khandan Keyomarsi, PhD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, describes the role of low molecular weight cyclin E (LMW-E) expression in the proliferation of breast cancer. LMW-E was associated with genomic instability in tumors by deregulating DNA replication and damage repair pathways.
