Verna Lavender, PhD, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, and UKONS President, introduces the UK Oncology Nursing Society (UKONS), a registered charity to facilitate the education, research and development of cancer nurses in the UK. Dr Lavender additionally highlights UKONS’ collaboration with other organizations and international nursing societies. This interview took place at the UKONS Annual Conference 2021.
