Amy Xu, MD, PhD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses the results of a Phase II basket radiation study in patients with pathogenic mutations in ATM, where 10 out of 12 patients achieved local control with a 60% de-escalation in radiation.
