ELCC 2025 | ELCC 2025 highlights: MARIPOSA, COCOON, LAURA, and more

Umit Tapan, MD, Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA, gives an overview of trials presented at the 2025 European Lung Cancer Congress (ELCC), including the MARIPOSA (NCT04487080) and COCOON (NCT06120140) trials, which evaluated amivantamab with lazertinib versus osimertinib in first-line EGFR-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Dr Tapan additionally highlights the KRYSTAL-7 trial (NCT04613596) of first-line adagrasib with pembrolizumab in KRAS G12C-mutated NSCLC, updated overall survival results from the LAURA study (NCT03521154) of osimertinib in EGFR-mutant NSCLC, as well as the ADRIATIC trial (NCT03703297) of durvalumab in limited-stage small-cell lung cancer. This interview took place at ELCC 2025 in Paris, France.
