Icro Meattini, MD, University of Florence, Florence, Italy, comments on the current state of predictive models in breast cancer radiation therapy, highlighting the need for clinically validated tools to inform treatment decisions. Unfortunately, a narrative review of existing data found no such tools, despite the potential benefits of biomarker-driven approaches.
