PEACE-1

Cedric Pobel, MD, Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France, provides an overview of the Phase III PEACE-1 trial (NCT01957436) of abiraterone plus prednisone and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with or without docetaxel in men with metastatic castration sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC). Previous results have demonstrated increased overall survival in patients who receive abiraterone with ADT and docetaxel. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
