Linda Mileshkin, MBBS, MD, Peter MacCallum Cancer Center, Melbourne, Australia, describes differences seen in the BLUESTAR trial (NCT01523482) of the B7-H4-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) puxitatug samrotecan in relapsed/metastatic endometrial versus ovarian cancer, noting a higher response rate in endometrial cancer. The duration of response was similar across the cohorts. Prof. Mileshkin highlights that the ovarian cancer patients were more heavily pretreated, which may provide an explanation for the difference seen in responses. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
