Xiangyu Gao, PhD, MD, Peking University Cancer Hospital, Beijing, China, discusses the development of a bispecific PD-1 and CLTA-4 antibody, which has been successful in first-line and neoadjuvant settings. Overall survival was found to be improved in various solid tumors, especially gastric cancer. This interview took place at the 2025 Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA) Science & Technology Award Talks in Kunming, China.
