ESMO TAT 2023 | Highlights from ESMO TAT 2023 with Eliana Ruggiero

Eliana Ruggiero, PhD, San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy, comments on her experience at the ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies (TAT) Congress 2023 in Paris, France. She notes that developments in the CAR T-cell therapy field may be applied more generally to increase cellular therapy products in other domains. She appreciates the clear vision painted of the work being done in clinics relating to tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), CAR T-cell therapy, and other specific antibody therapies, with the continual development of new cellular therapy products being driven forward by experiences with patients.
