Isabelle Demeestere, MD, PhD, Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Brussels, Belgium, comments on the importance of integrating oncofertility considerations into randomized clinical trials. Fertility-related parameters need to be included in ongoing research, as these factors are often overlooked in trial designs. Despite being a relatively simple aspect to address, many studies fail to incorporate oncofertility concerns. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
