Hidehito Horinouchi, MD, PhD, National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo, Japan, gives an overview of the Phase II FLOWERS trial (NCT05163249), which assessed osimertinib with or without savolitinib, a c-Met inhibitor, in patients with MET aberrant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients with EGFR mutations (EGFRm) were additionally enrolled, unlike in the Phase II LUMINOSITY trial (NCT03539536). Addition of savolitinib resulted in clinically meaningful improvement. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
