GU Cancers 2025 | Phase I trial of SHR-A2102, a nectin-4 targeted ADC, in urothelial carcinoma

(NCT05735275) of SHR-A2102, a nectin-4 targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. SHR-A2102 demonstrated encouraging anti-tumor activity, including in those previously treated with antibody-drug conjugates. Higher dose levels were associated with improved responses. The treatment had a manageable safety profile, with common adverse events including anemia and decreased white blood cell counts. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
