ASCO 2025 | High survival rates in the SIENDO trial for endometrial cancer

Jalid Sehouli, MD, Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Berlin, Germany, discusses key findings of a post-hoc analysis of selinexor maintenance therapy in patients with advanced or recurrent TP53wt endometrial cancer. Results from the ENGOT-EN5/GOG-3055/SIENDO trial (NCT03555422) support selinexor’s high treatment efficacy as shown by progression free survival data independent of endometrial cancer subtypes, such as microsatellite instability status. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
