Marleen Kok, MD, PhD, Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam, Netherlands, comments on the importance of adjuvant immunotherapy after neoadjuvant immunotherapy in triple-negative stage 2 and 3 breast cancer. Dr Kok also emphasizes the need for biomarkers to select patients who may not benefit from chemotherapy in stage 1 triple-negative breast cancer, where treatment outcomes are generally good, as well as ER-low breast cancer. This interview took place at the 2025 St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Consensus Meeting in Vienna, Austria.
