Frédéric Pouliot, MD, PhD, FRCSC, Research Center CHU de Quebec, Université Laval, Quebec, Canada, discusses the correlation of GLUT1 expression with the uptake of FDG and patient prognostics. He suggests how GLUT1 overexpression may be a useful biomarker for metastasis in prostate cancer. This interview took place at the 2020 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium, held in San Francisco, CA.
