Michael Schweizer, MD, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, WA, gives an overview of the Phase III MEVPRO-2 trial (NCT06629779) of mevrometostat, an EZH2 inhibitor, with enzalutamide versus enzalutamide alone in androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI)-naïve metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The primary endpoint is radiographic progression-free survival, with secondary endpoints including overall survival, pain progression, and safety.
