Melanoma Skin Cancer Antibodies IO102-IO103 Nivolumab Relatlimab

James Smithy, MD, MHS, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses the findings from the Phase II trial (NCT05912244) of IO102-IO103 and nivolumab-relatlimab in previously untreated, unresectable melanoma. The trial met its primary endpoint, achieving an objective response rate (ORR) of 60% and a best ORR of 53%, with the combination therapy being well-tolerated. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
