GRC 65327 enhances T and NK cell activation, restores exhausted T cell function, and potentiates anti-PD-1 responses in preclinical models of solid tumors. The compound demonstrated favorable safety, minimal off-target activity, and robust antitumor activity, both alone and in combination therapy.
