BCC 2021 | The future of global breast cancer care

Andre Ilbawi, MD, of the World Health Organization, shares his take on past and future global breast cancer health. Shared action has hugely motivated improvements in breast cancer care from both health and political perspectives, particularly in high-income countries. Dr Ilbawi shares his hopes that this legacy will be translated to make a difference for women with breast cancer in every country. This interview took place during the 17th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference.
